DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Australia)

Free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Standard shipping - we use Australia Post for our standard delivery.

Standard Delivery is via Australia Post and can take between 2-7 business days from dispatch depending on your location.

Express Delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $10

Express Delivery - we use Australia Post Express Post.

Express delivery can be expected between 1 to 3 business days from dispatch depending on your location. Next day delivery is available within the Express Post Next Day Delivery network. If you would like an estimate as to how long your delivery will take to arrive, please contact us.

For all orders we recommend using an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery during business hours.

We cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International standard delivery is via Australia Post Airmail.

International standard delivery price depends on the country and is listed at the checkout.

International standard deliveries are all sent via Australia Post Airmail and do not include tracking.

Registered Post International (with a signature and without tracking) and Pack and Track International (without a signature and with tracking) are available from Australia Post and these options are listed at the checkout.

International orders normally take between 5-15 business days to arrive from the time they are shipped, depending on your location.

We cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.

Customs and Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Kamali Moon cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order if this happens. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned and Kamali Moon will not be held responsible for any loss of funds if this happens.

Returns

Please note all items purchased on "SALE" are final sale and cannot be returned.

We undertake to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described on our website.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your  for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.

We also undertake to exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused, in original condition with all tags attached and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.  If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange/refund, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk.

Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earrings or hair accessory purchases.

In order to return your product, you must notify us through our Contact Us page or email info@kamalimoon.com. We will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item.
